Challenge:

Client is the director of her company's human resource department.  She is aware that she needs to schedule compliance training on the topic of whistleblowing.  She is familiar with the concept and has gone through specific courses herself, however, she wants something that will actually get the employees' attention.

Solution:

After assessing the current staff knowledge and reviewing anonymously-coded incident data pertaining to workplace incidents within the company involving whistleblowing, I decided a 20-30 minute eLearning course would address the gap in knowledge result in higher retention of the information based on the delivery mode. 

Result:

Six weeks after the training, employees were asked to complete a voluntary feedback survey reflecting their retention of the material and the extent to which they felt the training was valuable or useful.  90% of these employees reported that they remembered the content and 87 % reported that they felt the whistleblower course was mostly to very valuable to their profession.
