Solution:

After interviewing the coordinator/subject matter expert about her expectations, goals, and time contraints, my instructor design colleage and I designed a four-part instructor-led training series that embodies the company's values and goals and maintained the integrity of the original onboarding content.  We created visually cohesive material and relevant interactive activities that enable learners to acquire and apply what they need to know to perform their jobs successfully.  In addition, I developed a Storyline course for the post-test that has a printable, personalized certificate at the end.  The slide deck above is part three of the four part series.  The participant guide encompasses all four parts of the training, while the featured participant guide outlines diractions for only the "Members Rights" portion of the training.  The post-test is comprehensive to the entire series.
